Data Deletion

For the Maintain It Hub Android app

Business owners and authorised users may request access, correction or deletion of information connected to Maintain It Hub.

Delete data inside the app

Open Settings & Privacy in Maintain It Hub. Select the relevant action to disconnect a phone, delete local phone data or permanently delete the connected business cloud data.

Request deletion without the app

1. Email maintainit.brand@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject: Maintain It Hub data deletion request.
3. State your name, business name, registered contact details and the records you want deleted or corrected.
4. Do not send passwords, PINs, access tokens or signing keys.

Verification

Maintain It verifies the requester's identity and authority before releasing, correcting or deleting business, customer or employee records.

Data covered

Cloud deletion covers linked employees, devices, vehicles, assignments, attendance events and backups connected to the authorised business account. Local records remain on a phone until the user deletes them or removes the app.

Retention duties

Some records remain where tax, employment or other laws require retention. Maintain It limits retained information to the records and period required by law.
