    After written approval and the agreed deposit, we schedule the work and arrange materials.

    Work outside the approved scope receives separate written approval before it proceeds.

Send your job details, location, measurements and photos through WhatsApp. Jaco reviews the information, arranges an assessment where needed and issues a written quotation.

03Which areas do you serve?+

The main service area covers Oudtshoorn, the Klein Karoo and selected Garden Route projects. Travel charges depend on location, distance and the number of site visits.

04Do you supply materials?+

Yes. Quotations state whether materials are supplied by Maintain It, supplied by you, or priced as a labour-only scope.

05What happens when the scope changes?+

Any work outside the approved quotation receives separate written approval. This keeps the cost and responsibility clear before extra work starts.

06Do you assist with storm and insurance damage?+

Yes. Maintain It prepares condition reports, photographic records, repair scopes and itemised reinstatement quotations.
